'Day 5 of the Boot Camp and Something a little different as we are hitting an Everyday Pilates Mobility And Stretch workout that I can\'t recommend enough. After taking up Pilates a few years ago and then getting my Pilates qualifications I have never tuned back With Pilates you will find yourself improving your mobility , flexibility , posture , core strength and find it not only helping with injury rehab , but also injury prevention. Some of the best Male and female athletes in the world are using pilates to keep themselves injury free with their careers and seeing amazing results and benefits I incorporate a Pilates routine into my weekly schedule at least 2-3 times and have done for quite some time now It unknots you after a tough week of training so you’ll be fresh as a daisy going into the weekend and set up and ready for the tough workouts ahead next week I wanted to easy you into the first week gently and this is the perfect recovery session and a welcome break for the newer people to the workouts who are just getting into it As next week I may not be so kind
